Bible Study and FWB Links

Here are some links we feel are helpful in growing closer to God and gaining a better understanding of what the Bible says. Because we have no control over the content on these sites, we cannot endorse them. However, they have proved useful in our own Bible studies and serve as great resources. We hope you enjoy them, too.

YouVersion is a an extremely useful daily Bible study resource. If you create a log in, it will keep track of where you are in any of a hundred daily Bible reading plans. It also has dramatic and non-dramatized audio Bibles so that you can follow along as you read, or just turn it on and have it in the background as you work. Very innovative and simple to use.

http://www.e-sword.net/FREE Downloadable Bible study software. It installs on your computer and is a FULL Bible study tool. Add-ons include everything form satellite imagery of Bible lands and commentaries, to Bibles in Greek and Hebrew. Includes downloadable Nave’s Topical Bible, Strong’s Concordance, and older texts like Wars by Josephus. Certain portions must be paid for, but there’s more free stuff than you’ll probably ever get through! There is also a Live version that requires no download but is somewhat limited by comparison, but is similar to the other options listed on this page.

eBible.com! Used to be just anonther Bible search utility, but they’ve updated their interface to be similar in use to YouVersion.  Try them out side by side and see which one works best for you.
